About Mary
Mary Atkins, owner of Aspen Grove Wellness PLLC, is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in CranioSacral Therapy (CST), and SomatoEmotional Release. Using extensive training and decades of experience she assists clients in discovering the underlying facets of disease. Through various complementary and Alternative Medical modalities, Mary helps them work with those underlying facets to attain a greater sense of wellness and reclaim a sense of empowered self-healing. She has been practicing CST and other forms of bodywork full-time since 1997 and distance healing since 2016.
Healing Therapies
Mary offers bodywork such as CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Visceral Manipulation, Acupressure (UMAC), Distance Healing, and coaching through Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or “Tapping.”) Far-infrared Sauna Therapy is also available on-site.

Mary’s local clients include men, women, children and infants throughout central Illinois. The distance energy work, or remote healing, has allowed Mary to work with clients locally, throughout the United States and even abroad. Whether in person or from a distance, conditions commonly treated include physical or emotional trauma, headaches and migraines, TMJ disorder, neck and back pain, scoliosis and torticollis, eye problems, anxiety and depression, central nervous system disorders, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, breastfeeding issues, clarification of life path, birth trauma, post-partum depression, and more.
